Description
Commissioned by Colmore BID with a concept by Mike
Olley. The surface coating has not lasted well but
hopefully, there are funds set aside to resurface it.
Condition: Poor (June 2023) - the black surface finish
has worn through losing the dramatic impact of a jet
black seat.
